The New Castle Hurricanes football squad scored 41 points and restricted the host Moon Area Tigers to 31 in the Hurricanes league victory on Friday.

The Hurricanes now own a 4-4 record. They play next when they host Blackhawk for a WPIAL AAA Parkway contest on Friday, October 28. New Castle will encounter a Cougars squad coming off a 35-14 league loss to Central Valley (Monaca, PA). The Cougars record now stands at 5-3.
