In Friday's league match, the visiting St. Thomas Academy Cadets football squad scored a good 50-21 victory over the Hill-Murray Pioneers.

In their next game, the Cadets clash with the Sibley Warriors (Mendota Heights, MN) in a Classic Suburban match, on Wednesday, October 20. St. Thomas Academy will attempt to move on its 7-0 season record. The Warriors enter the match with a 2-5 record after their 20-19 league loss to North (North St. Paul, MN).

The Pioneers (4-3) will now prepare for their match against Mahtomedi (Mahtomedi, MN). The Zephyrs enter the Classic Suburban match with a 5-2 record. In their last match, Mahtomedi dropped by South St. Paul (South St. Paul, MN), 28-17, in a league match.
