Oklahoma High School Basketball - Broken Arrow edges Yukon
December 9, 2010: Broken Arrow, OK 74012 The Broken Arrow Tigers (Broken Arrow, OK) basketball nipped the visiting Yukon Millers (Yukon, OK), 39-34 in Thursday's non-league test.
The Tigers (1-1) will now prepare for their test against Sapulpa (Sapulpa, OK). The Chieftains go into the Frontier test with a 0-1 record. In their last test, Sapulpa was tipped by Muskogee (Muskogee, OK), 65-50, in a league test.
The Millers now own a 1-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to Putnam City North for a Metro test on Tuesday, December 14. Yukon will clash with a Panthers squad coming off a 41-40 league loss to Choctaw (Choctaw, OK). The Panthers record now stands at 1-1.
