March 1, 2014: Cordele, GA 31015 The North Florida Christian Eagles crushed the host Crisp County Cougars baseball team by a tally of 9-2 in Saturday's non-league bout.
The Eagles now hold a 5-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to Maclay for a 3A District 2 bout on Tuesday, March 4. North Florida Christian will face a Marauders team coming off a 5-4 non-league loss to Taylor County (Perry, FL). The Marauders record now stands at 1-4.
Next, the Cougars face the Albany Indians (Albany, GA) in a 1-AAAA bout, on Tuesday, March 4. Crisp County will attempt to advance on its 5-2 season record.
