Fans at Monday's non-league challenge between the Hammond Skyhawks (Columbia, SC) and the visiting Orangeburg Prep Indians (Orangeburg, SC), saw Hammond's basketball squad overcome Orangeburg Prep by a tally of 53-34.

With the victory, Hammond improves its record to 1-0 on the campaign. The Skyhawks travel to Fort Mill (Fort Mill, SC) to confront the Yellowjackets in a non-league challenge on Tuesday, November 25. The Yellowjackets come into the challenge with a record of 0-0.
