Vanden Vikings (Fairfield, CA) backers were pleased Saturday as they saw their basketball squad bounce the visiting Davis Blue Devils (Davis, CA), 71-40 in a non-league bout.

With the victory, Vanden upgrades its record to 8-0 on the campaign. The Vikings host Deer Valley (Antioch, CA) to play the Wolverines in a non-league bout on Tuesday, December 16. The Wolverines come into the bout with a record of 1-4. Deer Valley lost 64-49 in their recent non-league bout against Archbishop Mitty (San Jose, CA)
