The Valentine basketball team (Valentine, NE), dropped 57-39 in Tuesday's non-league contest with the host Hershey Panthers (Hershey, NE)

The Panthers now sport a 15-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Maxwell for a non-league contest on Friday, February 1. Hershey will confront a Wildcats team coming off a 64-33 non-league loss to Perkins County (Grant, NE). The Wildcats record now stands at 3-14.

The (9-8) will now prepare for their contest against Gothenburg (Gothenburg, NE). The Swedes enter the C1 District 11 contest with a 11-8 record. In their last contest, Gothenburg ran past Ainsworth (Ainsworth, NE), 57-46, in a non-league contest.
