September 20, 2011: Santa Rosa, NM 88435 The crowd at Tuesday's non-league bout between the Santa Rosa Lions (Santa Rosa, NM) and the visiting Dora Coyotes (Dora, NM), saw Santa Rosa's volleyball squad beat Dora by a tally of 3-1.
With the win, Santa Rosa upgrades its record to 3-3 on the year. The Lions travel to West Las Vegas (Las Vegas, NM) to play the Dons in a non-league bout on Wednesday, September 21. The Dons go into the bout with a record of 2-7. West Las Vegas won 3-2 in their recent non-league bout against Belen (Belen, NM)
The Coyotes now own a 6-4 record. They play next when they travel to San Jon for a non-league bout on Thursday, September 22. Dora will play a Coyotes squad coming off a 3-0 non-league loss to Melrose (Melrose, NM). The Coyotes record now stands at 1-5.
