In Wednesday's non-league outing, the Carson Colts (Carson, CA) basketball squad edged the visiting Taft Toreadors (Woodland Hills, CA), by a count of 43-42.

The Colts (5-4) will now prepare for their outing against Harvard-Westlake (North Hollywood, CA). The Wolverines go into the non-league outing with a 1-2 record. In their last outing, Harvard-Westlake was tipped by West (Torrance, CA), 47-37, in a non-league outing.

The Toreadors now hold a 2-3 record. They take the field next when they host George Washington Prep for a non-league outing on Monday, December 10.
