Leland Chargers (San Jose, CA) fans exited the stadium thrilled Saturday as they observed their baseball squad overcome the host Willow Glen Rams (San Jose, CA), 7-5 in a non-league test.

With the win, Leland upgrades its record to 17-11 on the season. The Chargers travel to St. Ignatius (San Francisco, CA) to battle the Wildcats in a non-league test on Thursday, May 24. The Wildcats come into the test with a record of 21-8. St. Ignatius won 3-2 in their recent non-league test against Los Altos (Los Altos, CA)

With the defeat, Willow Glen falls to 22-7 on the season.
