Missouri High School Baseball - California defeats Tipton
April 7, 2014: California, MO 65018 California Pintos (California, MO) fans exited the stadium thrilled Monday as they observed their baseball squad overcome the visiting Tipton Cardinals (Tipton, MO), 15-10 in a non-league test.
With the win, California upgrades its record to 3-0 on the season. The Pintos travel to Hallsville (Hallsville, MO) to battle the Indians in a Tri-County - Southeast test on Tuesday, April 8. The Indians come into the test with a record of 1-1. Hallsville won 9-0 in their recent league test against Osage (Kaiser, MO)
With the defeat, Tipton falls to 1-1 on the season. The Cardinals travel to Green Ridge (Green Ridge, MO) to battle the Tigers in a Kaysinger contest on Tuesday, April 8. The Tigers enter the contest with a record of 1-2. Green Ridge lost 15-2 in their recent non-league contest against Harrisburg (Harrisburg, MO)
