Fans at Thursday's non-league challenge between the Oratory Prep Rams (Summit, NJ) and the visiting Pingry Big Blue (Martinsville, NJ), saw Oratory Prep's basketball squad overcome Pingry by a score of 59-41.

With the victory, Oratory Prep improves its record to 1-4 on the campaign. The Rams host Dayton (Springfield, NJ) to play the Bulldogs in a Mountain Valley - Valley challenge on Friday, January 4. The Bulldogs come into the challenge with a record of 4-0. Dayton won 80-63 in their recent non-league challenge against Paramus (Paramus, NJ)

Next up, the Big Blue play the Belvidere County Seaters (Belvidere, NJ) in a Skyland - Valley challenge, on Thursday, January 3. Pingry will attempt to improve on its 0-3 season record. The County Seaters come into the challenge with a 1-2 record after their 68-49 non-league loss to North Warren Regional (Blairstown, NJ).
