Missouri High School Basketball - Hillcrest overwhelms Rockwood Summit
January 9, 2015: Fenton, MO 63026 Fans at Friday's non-league challenge between the Hillcrest Hornets (Springfield, MO) and the host Rockwood Summit Falcons (Fenton, MO), saw Hillcrest's basketball squad wallop Rockwood Summit by a tally of 62-27.
With the victory, Hillcrest improves its record to 4-4 on the campaign. The Hornets travel to Rolla (Rolla, MO) to play the Bulldogs in a Ozarks challenge on Tuesday, January 13. The Bulldogs come into the challenge with a record of 9-2. Rolla won 106-86 in their recent non-league challenge against Union (Union, MO)
Next up, the Falcons play the Pattonville Pirates (Maryland Heights, MO) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, January 17. Rockwood Summit will attempt to improve on its 4-10 season record.
