Florida High School Softball - Bradford bounces Interlachen
February 27, 2013: Interlachen, FL 32148 The crowd at Wednesday's league match between the Bradford Tornadoes (Starke, FL) and the host Interlachen Rams (Interlachen, FL), saw Bradford's softball squad achieve victory over Interlachen by a count of 11-0.
The Tornadoes now sport a 8-0 record. They take the field next when they host Fort White for a 4A District 5 match on Thursday, February 28.
With the loss, Interlachen falls to 4-6 on the campaign. The Rams host Fort White (Fort White, FL) to face the Indians in a 4A District 5 match on Friday, March 1. The Indians enter the match with a record of 1-6. Fort White lost 10-0 in their recent league match against Bradford (Starke, FL)

The Bradford Tornadoes offense too much for Interlachen in 11-0 rout
The Bradford Tornadoes beat Interlachen 11-0 in five innings on Wednesday after a seven-run explosion in the first inning.
Ashton Adkins baffled Interlachen, striking out 11 batters. The Tornadoes pitcher gave up just one hit over five shutout innings.
Mackenzie Gault, Taylor Cruce and Jaci Atkinson helped lead the Tornadoes. They combined for nine hits and seven RBIs.
Bradford piled on two more runs in the top of the second. Annie Luke kicked things off with a single, scoring Cruce. That was followed up by Gault's solo blast.
The Tornadoes scored one run in the fourth inning, and then followed it up with one more in the fifth. In the fourth, Bradford scored on a solo home run by Cruce.
