September 16, 2005: Elmhurst, IL 60126 In Friday's league game, the Lyons Lions (LaGrange, IL) football team beat the host York Dukes (Elmhurst, IL), by a score of 24-13.
The Lions (2-2) will now prepare for their game against Proviso West (Hillside, IL). The Panthers enter the West Suburban Silver game with a 2-1 record. In their last game, Proviso West lost by Glenbard West (Hillside, IL), 29-26, in a league game.
