Fans at Tuesday's league challenge between the Lancaster Tigers (Lancaster, TX) and the visiting Ennis Lions (Ennis, TX), saw Lancaster's basketball squad trounce Ennis by a count of 72-35.

With the victory, Lancaster upgrades its record to 13-3 on the campaign. The Tigers travel to Poteet (Mesquite, TX) to play the Pirates in a 4A Region II District 15 challenge on Friday, December 17. The Pirates come into the challenge with a record of 11-3. Poteet lost 57-44 in their recent league challenge against West Mesquite (Mesquite, TX)

Next up, the Lions play the Mesquite Skeeters (Mesquite, TX) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, December 17. Ennis will attempt to upgrade on its 4-9 season record. The Skeeters come into the challenge with a 6-8 record after their 54-41 non-league win over Crandall (Crandall, TX).
