The MacArthur Cardinals volleyball team (Irving, TX), went down 3-1 in Tuesday's league challenge with the visiting Richland Rebels (North Richland Hills, TX)

The Rebels (24-10) will now prepare for their challenge against Haltom (Haltom City, TX). The Buffalos enter the 5A Region I District 6 challenge with a 13-17 record. In their last challenge, Haltom went down by MacArthur (Irving, TX), 3-0, in a league challenge.

Next, the Cardinals encounter the Nimitz Vikings (Irving, TX) in a 5A Region I District 6 challenge, on Friday, October 21. MacArthur will attempt to move on its 12-15 season record. The Vikings enter the challenge with a 9-23 record after their 3-1 league loss to Bell (Hurst, TX).
