Illinois High School Basketball - South Shore holds off Fenger
December 21, 2011: Chicago, IL 60649 South Shore Tars (Chicago, IL) backers were in high spirits Wednesday as they witnessed their basketball squad nip the visiting Fenger Titans (Chicago, IL), 68-63 in a league bout.
With the win, South Shore upgrades its record to 1-6 on the season. The Tars travel to Thornridge (Dolton, IL) to play the Falcons in a non-league bout on Thursday, December 22. The Falcons go into the bout with a record of 2-5. Thornridge lost 58-55 in their recent non-league bout against Crete-Monee (Crete, IL)
