Louisiana High School Volleyball - Belle Chasse edged by St. Michael
September 4, 2010: Baton Rouge, LA 70879 The St. Michael Warriors held off the visiting Belle Chasse Cardinals volleyball team by a score of 2-1 in Saturday's non-league test.
The Warriors now have a 4-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Walker for a non-league test on Tuesday, September 7. St. Michael will confront a Wildcats team coming off a 2-0 non-league win over Northside (Lafayette, LA). The Wildcats record now stands at 6-2.
The Cardinals (3-4) will now prepare for their test against Jefferson Academy (Gretna, LA). The enter the non-league test with a 2-0 record. In their last test, Jefferson Academy held off Ridgewood (Metairie, LA), 3-1, in a non-league test.
