Holcomb Hornets (Holcomb, MO) backers were in high spirits Monday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the host Cooter Wildcats (Cooter, MO), 74-34 in a non-league challenge.

With the victory, Holcomb improves its record to 22-5 on the campaign. The Hornets travel to Bernie (Bernie, MO) to battle the Mules in a non-league challenge on Thursday, March 1. The Mules come into the challenge with a record of 16-8. Bernie won 72-24 in their recent non-league challenge against Senath-Hornersville (Senath, MO)
