January 7, 2015: Lee, ME 04455 Fans at Wednesday's non-league challenge between the Lee Academy Pandas (Lee, ME) and the visiting John Bapst Memorial Crusaders (Bangor, ME), saw Lee Academy's basketball squad overcome John Bapst Memorial by a tally of 63-46.
With the victory, Lee Academy improves its record to 3-6 on the campaign. The Pandas host Penquis Valley (Milo, ME) to battle the Patriots in a C East battle on Friday, January 9. The Patriots come into the battle with a record of 1-5. Penquis Valley lost 49-36 in their recent league battle against Dexter (Dexter, ME)
The Crusaders (0-8) will now prepare for their battle against Mount Desert Island (Mount Desert, ME). The Trojans come into the B East battle with a 3-6 record. In their last battle, Mount Desert Island prevailed over Foxcroft (Dover-Foxcroft, ME), 78-63, in a league battle.
