February 27, 2014: Atlantic City, NJ 08401 Fans at Thursday's non-league challenge between the Atlantic City Vikings (Atlantic City, NJ) and the visiting St. Augustine Prep Hermits (Richland, NJ), saw Atlantic City's basketball squad hold off St. Augustine Prep by a tally of 65-60.
With the victory, Atlantic City improves its record to 13-5 on the campaign. The Vikings travel to Wildwood Catholic (North Wildwood, NJ) to play the Crusaders in a non-league challenge on Saturday, March 1. The Crusaders come into the challenge with a record of 13-4. Wildwood Catholic won 55-54 in their recent non-league challenge against Millville (Millville, NJ)
Next up, the Hermits play the Vineland Fighting Clan (Vineland, NJ) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, March 1. St. Augustine Prep will attempt to improve on its 18-3 season record. The Fighting Clan come into the challenge with a 8-16 record after their 50-47 non-league loss to Middle Township (Cape May Court House, NJ).
