Norfolk Panthers (Norfolk, NE) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the host Lincoln Links (Lincoln, NE), 46-23 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Norfolk upgrades its record to 5-7 on the season. The Panthers travel to Bellevue East (Bellevue, NE) to play the Chieftains in a non-league bout on Saturday, January 14. The Chieftains go into the bout with a record of 10-2. Bellevue East won 52-17 in their recent non-league bout against Millard South (Omaha, NE)

Next up, the Links play the Omaha Central Eagles (Omaha, NE) in a non-league bout, on Saturday, January 14. Lincoln will attempt to upgrade on its 2-10 season record. The Eagles go into the bout with a 13-1 record after their 69-41 non-league win over Lincoln East (Lincoln, NE).
