Spectators at Wednesday's non-league battle between the Groves Falcons (Beverly Hills, MI) and the host Roosevelt Bears (Wyandotte, MI), saw Groves's baseball squad knock off Roosevelt by a count of 13-3.

Coming up next, the Falcons play the Bishop Foley Ventures (Madison Heights, MI) in a non-league battle, on Saturday, April 6. Groves will attempt to move on its 2-2 season record. The Ventures go into the match with a 5-0 record after their 9-0 non-league win over Andover (Bloomfield Hills, MI).

The Bears (2-3) will now prepare for their match against Trenton (Trenton, MI). The Trojans go into the Downriver match with a 1-0 record. In their last match, Trenton gained a win over St. Mary Catholic Central (Monroe, MI), 7-3, in a non-league match.
