Florida High School Basketball - Dunedin can't hold off East Lake
January 7, 2010: Dunedin, FL 34698 The East Lake Eagles basketball team scored 40 points and restricted the host Dunedin Falcons to 36 in the Eagles league victory on Thursday.
The Eagles now sport a 3-12 record. They play next when they host Seminole for a 5A District 11 contest on Monday, January 11. East Lake will meet a Warhawks team coming off a 61-23 non-league loss to Lakewood (St. Petersburg, FL). The Warhawks record now stands at 5-7.
The Falcons (2-8) will now prepare for their contest against Tarpon Springs (Tarpon Springs, FL). The Spongers come into the 5A District 11 contest with a 3-11 record.
