Kentucky High School Basketball - Larue County falls to Harrison County
December 21, 2010: Cynthiana, KY 41031 The Harrison County Thorobreds basketball team scored 64 points and held the visiting Larue County Hawks to 53 in the Thorobreds non-league triumph on Tuesday.
The Thorobreds now sport a 2-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Lewis County for a non-league contest on Monday, December 27. Harrison County will confront a Lions team coming off a 57-56 non-league win over Barren County (Glasgow, KY). The Lions record now stands at 6-3.
The Hawks (4-3) will now prepare for their contest against Atherton (Louisville, KY). The Rebels enter the non-league contest with a 2-6 record. In their last contest, Atherton ran past St. Francis (Louisville, KY), 82-51, in a non-league contest.
