Nansemond River Warriors (Suffolk, VA) fans exited the stadium thrilled Friday as they observed their baseball squad overcome the visiting Great Bridge Wildcats (Chesapeake, VA), 5-2 in a non-league test.

With the win, Nansemond River upgrades its record to 2-0 on the season. The Warriors host Grassfield (Chesapeake, VA) to battle the Grizzlies in a non-league test on Saturday, March 22. The Grizzlies come into the test with a record of 0-1.
