The Vanguard Knights (Ocala, FL) volleyball overcame the visiting Leesburg Yellowjackets (Leesburg, FL), 3-0 in Tuesday's league outing.

With the win, Vanguard upgrades its record to 19-4 on the year. The Knights travel to Gainesville (Gainesville, FL) to play the Hurricanes in a 6A District 5 outing on Thursday, October 13. The Hurricanes go into the outing with a record of 13-8. Gainesville lost 3-0 in their recent non-league outing against Buchholz (Gainesville, FL)

The Yellowjackets now own a 10-7 record. They play next when they host Lake Weir for a 6A District 5 outing on Thursday, October 13.
