New York High School Basketball - Niagara Falls succumbs to Bishop Kearney
February 3, 2013: Rochester, NY 14617 The Bishop Kearney Kings topped the visiting Niagara Falls Wolverines basketball team by a final score of 62-52 in Sunday's non-league game.
In their next game, the Kings face the Bishop Timon-St. Jude Tigers (Buffalo, NY) in a non-league game, on Wednesday, February 6. Bishop Kearney will attempt to advance on its 7-7 season record. The Tigers go into the outing with a 11-9 record after their 58-47 non-league loss to East (Rochester, NY).
The Wolverines now own a 12-3 record. They play next when they travel to Kenmore West for a Section 6 Niagara - Frontier outing on Tuesday, February 5. Niagara Falls will clash with a Blue Devils squad coming off a 59-44 league win over Lewiston-Porter (Youngstown, NY). The Blue Devils record now stands at 10-5.
