Redwood Giants (Larkspur, CA) fans exited the stadium thrilled Wednesday as they observed their baseball squad overcome the host Montgomery Vikings (Santa Rosa, CA), 8-4 in a non-league test.

With the win, Redwood upgrades its record to 5-1 on the season. The Giants host San Marin (Novato, CA) to battle the Mustangs in a Marin County test on Tuesday, March 17. The Mustangs come into the test with a record of 2-1. San Marin won 5-3 in their recent non-league test against Sonoma Valley (Sonoma, CA)

With the defeat, Montgomery falls to 1-3 on the season. The Vikings travel to Arroyo (San Lorenzo, CA) to battle the Dons in a non-league test on Thursday, March 12. The Dons come into the test with a record of 2-2. Arroyo lost 4-0 in their recent non-league test against Petaluma (Petaluma, CA)
