October 16, 2009: Cordova, TN 38016 In Friday's league match, the visiting Memphis University Owls football squad scored a big 46-0 victory over the St. Benedict at Auburndale Eagles.
In their next game, the Owls clash with the Christian Brothers Purple Wave (Memphis, TN) in a Division II AA - West match, on Friday, October 23. Memphis University will attempt to move on its 8-0 season record. The Purple Wave enter the match with a 7-1 record after their 38-28 league win over Briarcrest Christian (Eads, TN).
