In Tuesday's league outing, the Evergreen Valley Cougars (San Jose, CA) basketball squad beat the visiting Gunderson Grizzlies (San Jose, CA), by a count of 79-62.

The Cougars (16-4) will now prepare for their outing against Prospect (Saratoga, CA). The Panthers go into the Santa Teresa outing with a 13-7 record. In their last outing, Prospect defeated Pioneer (San Jose, CA), 70-48, in a league outing.
