Forest Bearcats (Forest, MS) fans exited the stadium thrilled Tuesday as they observed their baseball squad overcome the visiting St. Andrews Episcopal Saints (Ridgeland, MS), 18-5 in a league test.

With the win, Forest upgrades its record to 13-1 on the season. The Bearcats host Velma Jackson (Camden, MS) to battle the Falcons in a 3A Region 6 test on Friday, April 8. The Falcons come into the test with a record of 0-8. Velma Jackson lost 19-1 in their recent league test against Morton (Morton, MS)

With the defeat, St. Andrews Episcopal falls to 14-5 on the season. The Saints host Morton (Morton, MS) to battle the Panthers in a 3A Region 6 test on Friday, April 8. The Panthers come into the test with a record of 9-8. Morton won 13-2 in their recent league test against Carthage (Carthage, MS)
