Harlingen South Hawks (Harlingen, TX) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the host Pace Vikings (Brownsville, TX), 82-17 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Harlingen South upgrades its record to 7-0 on the season. The Hawks travel to St. Joseph Academy (Brownsville, TX) to encounter the Bloodhounds in a non-league bout on Saturday, November 29. The Bloodhounds go into the bout with a record of 1-0.

Next up, the Vikings encounter the Edinburg North Cougars (Edinburg, TX) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, December 2. Pace will attempt to upgrade on its 0-1 season record. The Cougars go into the bout with a 7-3 record after their 62-57 non-league win over Lopez (Brownsville, TX).
