Virginia High School Basketball - Blue Ridge can't hold off Calvert Hall

The Calvert Hall Cardinals basketball team scored 66 points and held the host Blue Ridge Barons to 64 in the Cardinals non-league triumph on Sunday.

In their next game, the Cardinals face the Our Lady of Mount Carmel Cougars (Baltimore, MD) in a MIAA A match, on Tuesday, December 20. Calvert Hall will attempt to move on its 4-5 season record. The Cougars enter the match with a 2-4 record after their 41-39 league loss to John Carroll (Bel Air, MD).

With the defeat, Blue Ridge moves to 5-3 on the year. The Barons travel to Massanutten Military Academy (Woodstock, VA) to face the Colonels in a non-league match on Saturday, January 7. The Colonels enter the match with a record of 1-8.
