Mississippi High School Basketball - Forrest County Agricultural knocked off by Petal

December 21, 2012: Brooklyn, MS 39425

In Friday's non-league challenge, the visiting Petal Panthers basketball squad scored a nice 48-28 victory over the Forrest County Agricultural Aggies.

With the victory, Petal improves its record to 10-4 on the campaign. The Panthers host Oak Grove (Hattiesburg, MS) to battle the Warriors in a 6A Region 5 challenge on Friday, January 4. The Warriors come into the challenge with a record of 6-9.

Next up, the Aggies battle the East Central Hornets (Moss Point, MS) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, January 3. Forrest County Agricultural will attempt to improve on its 6-10 season record.
