Fairmont Firebirds (Kettering, OH) supporters left the game in high spirits Thursday as they observed their volleyball squad top the visiting Northmont Thunderbolts (Clayton, OH), 3-1 in a league match.

Next up, the Firebirds battle the Mason Comets (Mason, OH) in a non-league match, on Monday, September 24. Fairmont will attempt to advance on its 8-3 season record. The Comets come into the match with a 7-7 record after their 3-0 non-league loss to Ursuline Academy (Cincinnati, OH).
