December 20, 2011: Edwardsburg, MI 49112 St. Joseph Bears (St. Joseph, MI) backers were pleased Tuesday as they saw their basketball squad overcome the host Edwardsburg Eddies (Edwardsburg, MI), 58-42 in a non-league bout.
With the victory, St. Joseph upgrades its record to 6-0 on the campaign. The Bears travel to Buchanan (Buchanan, MI) to play the Bucks in a non-league bout on Thursday, December 22. The Bucks come into the bout with a record of 3-3. Buchanan won 40-31 in their recent non-league bout against South Haven (South Haven, MI)
Next up, the Eddies play the Vicksburg Bulldogs (Vicksburg, MI) in a non-league bout, on Thursday, December 22. Edwardsburg will attempt to upgrade on its 3-3 season record. The Bulldogs come into the bout with a 3-3 record after their 39-38 non-league loss to Portage Northern (Portage, MI).
