In Thursday's league battle, the host Pojoaque Elks volleyball team scored a tight 3-2 triumph over the Robertson Cardinals.

The Elks (9-2) will now prepare for their battle against Santa Fe Indian (Santa Fe, NM). The Braves come into the 3A District 2 battle with a 6-4 record. In their last battle, Santa Fe Indian was edged by West Las Vegas (Las Vegas, NM), 3-1, in a league battle.
