August 26, 2013: Stem, NC 27581 The Granville Central Panthers volleyball team scored 3 points and limited the visiting East Wake Academy Eagles to 0 in the Panthers non-league victory on Monday.
The Panthers now have a 1-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Riverside for a non-league game on Thursday, August 29.
The Eagles (2-2) will now prepare for their game against River Mill Academy (Graham, NC). The Jaguars enter the non-league game with a 0-0 record.

The East Wake Academy Volleyball team traveled to Stem, NC to compete in a non-conference game against Granville Central High School. The Lady Eagles fought hard against the impressive Lady Panthers, but came up short in three sets 14-25, 18-25 and 21-25.
