California High School Basketball - San Bernardino holds off El Toro
December 6, 2010: Lake Forest, CA 92630 Fans at Monday's non-league challenge between the San Bernardino Cardinals (San Bernardino, CA) and the host El Toro Chargers (Lake Forest, CA), saw San Bernardino's basketball squad hold off El Toro by a count of 70-67.
With the victory, San Bernardino upgrades its record to 3-2 on the campaign. The Cardinals travel to Corona del Mar (Newport Beach, CA) to play the Sea Kings in a non-league challenge on Thursday, December 9. The Sea Kings come into the challenge with a record of 4-1. Corona del Mar won 86-84 in their recent non-league challenge against Clovis West (Fresno, CA)
Next up, the Chargers play the Clovis West Golden Eagles (Fresno, CA) in a non-league challenge, on Wednesday, December 8. El Toro will attempt to upgrade on its 0-3 season record. The Golden Eagles come into the challenge with a 1-1 record after their 86-84 non-league loss to Corona del Mar (Newport Beach, CA).
