Pennsylvania High School Football - Bradford drops to General McLane
October 12, 2012: Edinboro, PA 16412 In Friday's non-league contest, the General McLane Lancers (Edinboro, PA) football squad felled the visiting Bradford Owls (Bradford, PA), by a count of 42-22.
The Lancers now own a 5-1 record. They play next when they travel to Strong Vincent for a District 10 Region 6 AAA contest on Friday, October 19. General McLane will play a Colonels squad coming off a 47-22 non-league loss to Ursuline (Youngstown, OH). The Colonels record now stands at 3-4.
Coming up next, the Owls play the Meadville Bulldogs (Meadville, PA) in a District 10 Region 5 AAA contest, on Friday, October 19. Bradford will attempt to upgrade on its 3-4 season record. The Bulldogs go into the contest with a 3-4 record after their 56-7 league win over Franklin (Franklin, PA).
