Pennsylvania High School Basketball - Hollidaysburg nudges Butler
December 11, 2010: Hollidaysburg, PA 16648 Hollidaysburg Golden Tigers (Hollidaysburg, PA) backers were in high spirits Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad nip the visiting Butler Golden Tornado (Butler, PA), 62-59 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Hollidaysburg upgrades its record to 2-0 on the season. The Golden Tigers travel to Indiana (Indiana, PA) to encounter the Little Indians in a non-league bout on Tuesday, December 21. The Little Indians go into the bout with a record of 1-1.
Next up, the Golden Tornado encounter the North Hills Indians (Pittsburgh, PA) in a WPIAL AAAA 3 bout, on Friday, December 17. Butler will attempt to upgrade on its 1-1 season record.
