Florida High School Basketball - Northside Christian falls to Calvary Christian
December 1, 2012: St. Petersburg, FL 33709 The Calvary Christian Warriors basketball team scored 51 points and held the host Northside Christian Mustangs to 32 in the Warriors league triumph on Saturday.
The Warriors now sport a 7-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Canterbury for a non-league contest on Monday, December 3. Calvary Christian will confront a Cougars team coming off a 28-22 league win over Seacrest Country Day (Naples, FL). The Cougars record now stands at 2-4.
The Mustangs (2-4) will now prepare for their contest against Indian Rocks Christian (Largo, FL). The Golden Eagles enter the 3A District 9 contest with a 1-4 record. In their last contest, Indian Rocks Christian ran past St. Petersburg Catholic (St. Petersburg, FL), 58-23, in a league contest.
