Alabama High School Football - Madison Academy trounces Tanner
August 29, 2013: Madison, AL 35758 In Thursday's non-league match, the host Madison Academy Mustangs football squad scored a big 48-6 victory over the Tanner Rattlers.
In their next game, the Mustangs clash with the Lauderdale County Tigers (Rogersville, AL) in a 3A Region 8 test, on Friday, September 6. Madison Academy will attempt to improve on its 1-0 season record. The Tigers come into the test with a 1-0 record after their 34-12 non-league win over Wilson (Florence, AL).
With the loss, Tanner drops to 0-1 on the campaign. The Rattlers travel to Red Bay (Red Bay, AL) to confront the Tigers in a 2A Region 8 test on Friday, September 6.
