California High School Football - Upland overwhelms Silverado

The crowd at Friday's non-league contest between the Upland Highlanders/Scots (Upland, CA) and the visiting Silverado Hawks (Victorville, CA), observed Upland's football squad bounce Silverado by a count of 55-21.

The Highlanders/Scots now own a 2-2 record. They play next when they travel to Santiago for a non-league contest on Friday, September 27. Upland will encounter a Sharks squad coming off a 56-7 non-league win over Santa Fe (Santa Fe Springs, CA). The Sharks record now stands at 2-2.

Coming up next, the Hawks encounter the Granite Hills Cougars (Apple Valley, CA) in a Desert Sky contest, on Friday, October 4. Silverado will attempt to upgrade on its 2-2 season record.
