Lake Norman Wildcats (Mooresville, NC) supporters left the game in high spirits Monday as they observed their volleyball squad top the host North Gaston Wildcats (Dallas, NC), 3-0 in a non-league match.

Next up, the Wildcats battle the Vance Cougars (Charlotte, NC) in a 4A Conference 13 match, on Tuesday, October 6. Lake Norman will attempt to advance on its 8-7 season record.

With the loss, North Gaston drops to 11-5 on the campaign. The Wildcats host Crest (Shelby, NC) to battle the Chargers in a 3A Conference 14 match on Tuesday, October 6. The Chargers come into the match with a record of 9-5. Crest lost 3-1 in their recent league match against Forestview (Gastonia, NC)
