The University Wildcats football team (Los Angeles, CA), was beaten 28-7 in Friday's league challenge with the visiting Fairfax Lions (Los Angeles, CA)

The Lions (4-3) will now prepare for their challenge against Palisades (Pacific Palisades, CA). The Dolphins come into the Western challenge with a 2-5 record. In their last challenge, Palisades achieved victory over Hamilton (Los Angeles, CA), 30-24, in a league challenge.

The Wildcats now sport a 3-4 record. They take the field next when they travel to Westchester for a Western challenge on Friday, October 28. University will encounter a Comets team coming off a 19-14 league loss to Venice (Los Angeles, CA). The Comets record now stands at 4-3.
