Pennsylvania High School Football - Fort LeBoeuf drops to Fairview
October 2, 2009: Waterford, PA 16441 In Friday's league game, the Fairview Tigers (Fairview, PA) football team knocked off the host Fort LeBoeuf Bison (Waterford, PA), by a final score of 14-6.
The Tigers (3-2) will now prepare for their challenge against North East (North East, PA). The Grape Pickers come into the District 10 Region 4 AA challenge with a 3-2 record. In their last challenge, North East achieved victory over Seneca (Erie, PA), 42-0, in a league challenge.
The Bison now sport a 4-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Girard for a District 10 Region 4 AA challenge on Friday, October 9. Fort LeBoeuf will meet a Yellowjackets team coming off a 28-0 league loss to General McLane (Edinboro, PA). The Yellowjackets record now stands at 3-2.
