In Friday's non-league game, the Wilson Tigers (Florence, SC) football team knocked off the host Marion Swamp Foxes (Marion, SC), by a score of 48-26.

The Tigers (2-2) will now prepare for their game against West Florence (Florence, SC). The Knights come into the non-league game with a 2-2 record. In their last game, West Florence was dropped by Fort Mill (Fort Mill, SC), 21-17, in a non-league game.

The Swamp Foxes now sport a 4-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Loris for a AA Region VIII game on Friday, October 3.
